Eiléen is an experienced and well-rounded marketing leader with a proven background in building communities, branding and relationship management for leading companies and start-ups. Originally from New York, she has dedicated the last 12 years in the GCC developing and implementing various business strategies for marketing, sales and PR for both B2C and B2B businesses.
Eiléen is also an established Beauty Expert adept at fostering long-lasting relationships with brands and potential clients using current events and creative collaborative thought leadership. Recently in 2019, Eiléen built a community of career women called WomenWhoWorkDubai via social media that helps connect females to one another as a resource for both career advice, wellness and opportunities.
Rachel is a native New Yorker pursuing business in Dubai since 2007 with energy, a solid record of accomplishments and extensive involvement in sales, marketing and business strategy.
Rachel has over 20 years of overall experience and a proven track of exceeding key performance indicators particularly in business development, marketing, branding and PR with both multinational corporates and small business owners.
Rachel founded and built the reputable social network site ‘Social Circles’ in 2014 that hosted over 15,000 residents with options to meet new people and spent much of her time as the Head of Regional Marketing, Emerging markets for the Middle East, Turkey, Africa & Central Eastern Europe for Dell and Quest Software.
Rachel's drive and business acumen significantly shortens each client's journey towards profitability and improving short to long-term returns on investment.
